The Los Angeles Times just reported via Fannie Mae that the average 30 year fix loan interest rate has droped to 4.93% down from 5.00%.
PleasePlease contact all mortgage broker for interast rate quote and your CPA for what your net after tax deduction interest would be based on tax bracket. Happy home shopping.
